30 Day Return Policy
How to Return:
You may return most items within 30 days from the original purchase date as long as the item is unused, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any return.
Start a return in your online account or by contacting us at store@gwestern.com. You will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return was approved, you will receive a refund of the purchase price and your delivery as applicable to the original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear. GWestern reserves the right to deny any returns suspected of fraud or abuse.
Return Exceptions:
Our 30 Day Return Policy does not include exempt items. Items that cannot be returned include:
- Gift Cards cannot be returned for any reason.
- Clearance items are final sale.
- Hazardous materials and products that use hazardous materials, such as flammable liquids or gasses.

Damaged Merchandise
Freight damaged merchandise may be returned to us for replacement, but only upon verification of such damage. Prompt replacement of the product to Buyer will happen upon the claim approval from the freight company. Please e-mail store@gwestern.com with inquiries or claims issues. Claim must be registered within 3 days of receiving damaged merchandise.
