Called & Filled Online Form – No Response, Item Not Shipped After 45 Days

I ordered the Tina 685 Grafting Knife from Great Western-NYP Corp., but after 45 days, my order had still not shipped and I received no communication regarding its status.

I completed the online contact form at least eight times and called [****] Ext. 304 four times, leaving messages each time. Unfortunately, I never received a response or even the courtesy of a return call or email.

I also looked for a way to cancel my order on the website but could not find a cancellation option. As a result, I had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company to recover my payment.

This experience was extremely disappointing. Better customer communication would have made a significant difference. Based on my experience, I will not be ordering from this company again.
